on sunday my family and i went to nashville to take my cousin to the airport we stayed in a hotel until tuesday morning...when we got home my indoor cat was gone..she has no front claws... i pray that she is ok.... |

My baby Oscar is gone and I don't know what to do. Oscar, a young male cat with a gray face and long hair, wandered away from his home at the beginning of May and has not returned. I have been praying that my kitten will return to me and his brother, but because it has been almost a month, I fear that he is dead. I have notified and visited all of the shelters, but have has no luck so far. If you know anything, please e-mail me. |

We lost our pet box turtle on June 1st, in Garden City. We searched the entire neighborhood, and couldn't find it. However we talked with one resident who said he seen a lady in a van pick it up. I thought she would try to find us, but hasn't. Please if you know of anyone who has recently got a pet turtle, ask them if it could be ours. The children are devastated. If you are the one who found it please notify us. MANY THANKS!!! |

Our kitten, (about 9 months old) Mittens, is an outside cat he is black with white whiskers and white on his paws and vest. He loves to eat (anything) and is friendly. He left home late last night (March 19, 1999) and hasn't come home! We miss him very much. Usually he acts like a dog, begging for food, drinking from the faucet and fighting with his sister cat Patches. We lost him in South Redford near Berwyn and Elmira and hope that you can help us find him!! |

I have been looking for my terrier mix dog now since he got out on 2-1-99. He was my emotionally impaired son's pet. My son, who is ll, has had Harley his whole life and can't understand why he is gone. The worse part is that someone has him in a neighboring city and won't give him back. All I want is my son's dog. Please if you have him or know of him please help return him to my son. I will ask no questions and am willing to purchase a replacement pet from the Westland Humane Society. PLEASE HAVE A HEART AND RETURN HIM TO HIS HOME. |

From all the snow we recently got, it almost reached our fence top which allowed our dog to jump out of our fenced in yard. Me and my wife were crushed to realize our dog may of been gone forever! After searching from dawn until dusk, our dog was still missing. I now realize dogs can and do find their way back home after finding the dog returned a day later! I also said a prayer to help bring him back! |

A man goes to the vet with his dog which he thinks has died, but he's not sure. He explains this to the vet and places the dog on the examining table. The vet leaves and returns with a very agitated hissing cat. He places the cat in front of the dogs nose and nothing happens. He places the cat to the side of the dog and there is no response. He places the the cat to the rear of the dog and again nothing happens. The vet tells the man that yes, indeed, the dog appears to have passed away. The man asks how much he owes for the diagnosis, and the vet replies " Nothing for the diagnosis but the cat scan is $200!" |

The other day I noticed my dog C.D. walking by with one of those supermarket stickers with the lines on it stuck in her fur. "Why is that thing stuck in C.D.'s hair?", I asked my 10 year old son, the obvious suspect. "That's because she has a price on her head!", he replied. |
