how do i take care of tiny tiny oppossums???

Well, I went out to feed one of our dogs this morning, and she'd killed a mother oppossum, who has a pouch full of tiny babies. They have no hair, and their eyes aren't even open. I was able to get three of them, because they're starting to let go of their mother, who is dead. I was wondering exactly how to take care of them until I can find an appropriate facility for them.

Any advice would be appreciated.
